Are all “skydiving sites” shown on map apps real operating locations?
Not necessarily. A map POI may be a shop, meeting point, destination area or historical location rather than the current take-off or landing site.
Confirm the meeting, take-off and landing points separately and check the information date. A precise-looking coordinate is not proof of a verified meeting address.
